You get a proposal with a fixed price upfront. What it says is what you pay. Extra work only happens after you say yes to it first. So you always know upfront what is coming.
After your approval the work starts straight away. The schedule is fixed in your proposal and you follow progress live in your portal. You never have to guess.
With a fixed package the first month of the service package is free. After that you can cancel every month. If you choose yearly payment, you pay in one go and the last 2 months of the year are free (17% off). That year then runs its full course.
Yes. Your existing website can be replaced or improved, or you only connect automations to it ($5,390 per project, up to 3 workflows). Unsure? Choose nothing yet. In the strategy call you look at what is smartest for you.

The build and your service package are included. The cost of the AI usage itself (the so-called tokens) is not: it depends on how much you use. You get an estimate upfront, so no surprises there either.
